To process your rental payment, please note:

1. On-time payments must be processed on or before the 5th day of the month to be considered on-time.  Any payments processed after the 5th of the month are subject to a late fee.

2. EFT = Electronic Transaction Fee applies to all on-line payments.

3. Late Fee = applies to all transactions processed after the 5th day of the month.

4. Note:  Please be sure to select the proper payment (late vs. on-time), and proper unit fee.
